All orders are carefully packed and shipped from
Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During festive periods, promotional campaigns, or high-volume seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME
  • Sarawak: 1–3 Business Days
  • Peninsular Malaysia & Sabah: 3–5 Business Days
  • Singapore: 10–14 Business Days
SHIPPING NOTES
  • Delivery timelines are subject to the respective shipping carriers.
  • Bellydot is not responsible for shipping delays, lost parcels, or unforeseen courier issues.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or failed delivery collection, additional shipping fees will apply for redelivery. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

As all personalised items are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

However, refunds or replacements may be arranged under the following circumstances:

  • Product defect or malfunction
  • Incorrect item, color, or model received
  • Missing item(s) from the order
  • Engraving details differ from the information provided

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or videos for verification.

Once reviewed, our team will assist you with the next steps.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As all Bellydot products are made-to-order and personalisation begins shortly after confirmation, cancellations or order changes are not permitted once an order has been placed.
